is a senior lawyer and managing director of CLA. Mr. KHENG LY has broad experience in litigations, advice on commercial transactions and dispute settlements. With his professionalism and expertise, he has gained client’s trust and handled numbers of high profile cases namely the land dispute - size 1,000 hectors, worth USD 100 million (supreme court award in favor of his client), dispute on the land concession (supreme court award in favor of his client), representing his clients in civil cases such as insurance company related to damages claim worth of USD 3 million, will claims worth USD 3 million in court. Mr. KHENG LY has also advised numbers of investors with commercial contracts such as shareholder agreements, concession agreements.

Mr. Tok Thavsothaly is a Senior Lawyer who assists both local and international clients with a variety of legal matters, including business startups, mergers, company closures, and providing legal advice on investment projects such as mining licenses, power projects, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, data protection, and business licensing.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from South Korea, where he received a full scholarship. Mr. Tok has also completed professional training in the UK, Japan, and several European countries. In addition to his bar license, he holds several professional licenses, including those for Intellectual Property Attorney, Corporate Agent, Certificate of Origin, and as an Approved Person in Securities, Derivatives, and Collective Investment Schemes (CIS).
